Live Music

At Armed Forces Day you can enjoy a wide range of performances and military bands throughout the day on Plymouth Hoe, from the main stage and arena. The full programme is coming soon! 

The entertainment will continue into the night with a free evening concert, starting at 5.30pm until 10.30pm. There is a brilliant line up oe high-energy performances for everyone to dance and sing along to.

Marmalade Jam are a Plymouth based Band that bring timeless hits to life with a fresh and vibrant sound. From classics by Fleetwood Mac, Cyndi Lauper and The Police to modern chart toppers from Olivia Dean, The Lumineers and Noah Kahan, their set list spans decades of iconic music with their own groovy twist infused. Expect a feel-good atmosphere that will have you up dancing and singing along.

The Vibes
6.50pm - 7.50pm

The Vibes are a Plymouth-based five-piece covers band that has been playing across the city and surrounding area for almost 20 years. Performing a mix of indie, Britpop and rock favourites, their repertoire includes songs by Oasis, Pulp, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, Stereophonics, The Killers and Arctic Monkeys.

 

The band are returning to Plymouth Armed Forces Day having performed at the event on several previous occasions.

Riviera Dogs are a five-piece 80s party band from Torbay, delivering high-energy, feel-good classics. Formed in 2013, they’ve become one of the UK’s top nostalgia acts, featuring pros who tour with Joss Stone and Bastille, and have shared stages with Go West, ASWAD, Katrina & The Waves, and Boney M.
